Our clasp sets will enhance any shape braid made for necklaces or bracelets. They have gripper teeth that hold the crimp end in place. A set consists of two crimp ends and the ball and socket, completely assembled, all you need are padded pliers to press the teeth into the braid using the instructions provided. The clasps are high quality metal plating and come in various colors with a basket weave embossed texture or a smooth texture. The selection that we have here is only the beginning so if you don’t see what you want, let us know.

The smooth clasps have larger teeth they are the only clasps that come in 1/4" width. This is the 1/4" Smooth Antique Silver clasp. The sides are folded across the braid and then the whole crimp is closed over them. To choose the correct size for your round braid, press on the braid to spread it out as that is the size it will be once it is inserted into the crimp end of the clasp.

The teeth on the embossed clasps are small. The Ball and Socket Clasp works like a snap!
